Cannot access site.

Fiorentina has let me know that she cannot access the site at all. For a while now, I'm guessing a week, maybe longer.

I have given her the gmail address to contact you guys, but I have her permission to start a support issue here in her name.

So people don't worry, she has not vanished; it's that she can't access the forum.

If you want me to relay things to her, things you need to know that she could potentially try, let me know here and I'll e-mail her.

Ever since the site's security certificate expired (two weeks ago) the number of users and posters has dropped.
I have a feeling that Fiorentina isn't the only one who cannot access the site. This is due to people's computers or phone's security protection not letting them because the site is seen as a security threat.
There are ways to over-ride the security system in the phone/computer, but they will be warned that they are opening their system to identity theft, hackers etc.
Also not everyone is familiar with the more complicated settings on our phones/computers.

Yes i was blocked from here by both Chrome and Safari browsers. I had to click past the security warning and it gave me a warning that it's not safe. Site certificate is expired, that's what it said. I'm sure most people won't dare to click past the warning.

Neoma also cannot access the site.

It's like a ghost town in the blogs--a lot of people aren't coming to the Boards due to the expired certificate I assume.

Same with me, since I know it's the security certificate, not a virus. If it were a virus, I get all kinds of pop up warnings, so I close the site and clear all of my cookies just to be safe. I also don't go back to the site until it's safe. I guess some people don't want to risk it.

This is such a shame. I am missing quite a few regulars, and we are all missing out on the new people who wanted to join but think the site has closed down. First the photo uploading stopped working (and still isn't fixed), then this business with the security certificate (in the third week now) scaring people off.
I don't know what we can do to help the people who run the site. It looks like they are losing interest in it.

Reminder, the site is owned by one person. Moderators and Admin have no ability to address either issue beyond letting Stephanie know there are issues.
