    Default I joined! Hi!

Very excited about this community! I have been taking interest in hair care for a long time, but recently more seriously delved into the world of healthier and more natural treatments.

I would love to hear others' hair growth journeys and learn from them about how to grow long, healthy hair. More specifically, I'd like to hear some tips on maintaining length, protecting fine hair, and exploring more traditional hair care from other parts of the world.

Also wanted to add that my length is currently around 28 inches and I'm trying to get to 36 inches to keep my hair strong and healthy. Well, my hair is considered "slightly wavy" and according to your breakdowns I would be a 2a, fine, F and medium volume, ii. But still, it is often quite difficult to fix hairstyles.

Welcome! It's great to hear you're diving into healthier hair care. Keeping the scalp healthy is crucial. Regularly massage your scalp to stimulate blood flow, and use gentle, natural oils like castor, coconut, or argan oil to nourish it.

Do you mean a manual head massage or something special?
