Not Allowed to Post (Newbie)

Hi, I am new and could post in the "New? Start Here?" sub-forum, but not "The 'Mane' Forum". When viewing user permissions, it seems on the beginner tier (0-25 posts) you should be able to post to other discussion boards? Am I missing something?

Even if you're not a newbie (like myself), sometimes for whatever reason, it doesn't work (or it just doesn't show up). If I'm unsure, I just close all the pages and come back to the forum (since I don't sign out first, so I'm technically still logged on) to check. It usually updates it by then, so it might be just a glitch.

Yeah, one time it told me I couldn't post so I tried again and redid it,
and then when I checked the thread I was posting in later that day, BOTH posts were there... so it looked like I posted twice.

So yeah sometimes the forum just acts up, like Lady Winchester said, I'm agreeing.
