That's sort of what mine looks like before combing, so we may have the same hair type. My routine hasn't changed since I joined, and I've been here over a year (don't post much, since a lot of things don't apply to me, but I'm amazed about how many threads I can respond to). I just wash and condition once a week with my regular anti-dandruff shampoo plus conditioner (Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp 2 in 1), let it air dry, and brush it out (twice, once when it's still wet and again once it's dry). No oils and no deep conditioning treatments, since it doesn't really need it.
Mine's approaching waist length (unlike a lot of members here, I don't post constant pictures, since I hate pictures of myself), so I'll probably trim it back to mid back range after the no trim challenge is over (since any longer than WL is too hard for me to handle).
