Not New but It's been a Million Years!

Hello All!

I used to post on here in the late 20teens. At some point, I was trying so many ideas, that I read in the posts, that I drove myself (and my hair) nuts and took a break. After taking some time to evaluate what worked and didn't for my hair, and making some new mistakes on my own, I calmed down and gained some resolve to stick with the things that actually work. I sacrifised some growth in 2020 using heat too high and too often, pulling my hair too tight into buns, detangling too aggressively.

Now I am back to being gentle, ditching the heat, using moisturizing herb and oils on my ends, and sleeping on satin. Seeing some progress in the health and growth.

I miss this forum and everyone here! The stories, the encouragement, and the pictures!!

Thank you, shelomit! I see New England in your locations. I moved to the Southwest from out there and miss it too.
