    Default 13:00 (UTC) site bogs down EVERY DAY

    About 6AM my time. Something I';ve noticed virtually every day over several years. What happens at this time?
    scalp > SL > MBL > TBL > FTL > KNEE > KNEE+

    My issue (still having to use a proxy server ... every ... single ... day) still isn't resolved. I wonder how many people actually can't reach the site. That they don't know they could have access with a proxy server, but they just don't think of it.
