I have the permission of said user to post this issue and her name here: Fiorentina.

I did suggest it could perhaps have something to do with the expired security certificate, but she has yet to get back to me on that. I did give her the staff e-mail address directly as it's in my contacts.

Could you guys work with her? Help her out. I am so glad we exchanged addresses for when things like this would happen.

There is nothing wrong with her permissions. As you said, probably her browser protecting her from the expired certificate. A screen shot of exactly what she is seeing when she tries to access the site would help to trouble shoot.

I know on my phone, it gives me the expired certificate warning but I can still access the site if I move past the warning. Hopefully it's the same for her.
