    Default Hello, newb here :)

Hey all.. posted an intro a few days ago, but not sure whether i just didn't save it or whether it was rejected (?). Didn't get an e-mail though However, here's another try.I'm Eva, 38 from the Netherlands. I've been trying to grow my hair at least waist length for all my life, but it never got past my elbows. I thought I was always taking care of my hair, but I now see how little I knew. I'm hoping to learn a lot from you guys and very eager to keep track/post my journey! I chopped it to chin length last summer and it's now shoulder length.See ya

    Hi Eva!

I’m in exactly the same boat as you - fellow newbie (38 too!) who is also having trouble achieving my dream waist length locks. It seems so much harder not to trim with fine hair too. I’ve lurked for a while and found a few helpful pieces of advice, but I want to try and throw myself into it now! I’m sure you will find your hair grows back in no time, especially when you can tie it back and forget about it for a while so it doesn’t seem to be taking so long. Hope to see you around!

Now, I have a really silly question but I can't find it anywhere - I have forgotten what the numbers behind "length" in profile mean, and why the specific order.. I need to know because I can't figure out which of the numbers signify my beginning measurements.

The leftmost number is your starting length from when you decided to grow out your hair. The middle number is your current length and the rightmost number is your goal length. You can measure in inches, although many of us opt for body markers instead.
