Hi all!<br><br>I've been a lurker here for ages, whenever I look for hair advice online I always end up here, so I finally got around to registering ;P<br><br>My hair is currently quite short, it's a bit above my shoulders. I've never been able to get it to grow all that much, just below the shoulders is all I've managed so far. I really am not sure what my hair type is yet, it's wavy, but with some curls, depending on how I style it and very fine, but I can't confidently classify it.<br><br>I have a lot of greys, so I've been dying my hair for years, which has been pretty bad for it. I used to be a blonde with highlights, and during covid I bleached it platinum on a lark, but the maintenance was terrible, and I kind of ended up frying my hair. Nowadays I use henna, and the difference is spectacular, It's so much healthier. I've been doing this for about two years now, so most of dyed bits have been cut off by now, and I'm hoping to see an improvement in length soon.<br><br>I try to follow the curly girl method for washing, but I usually end up using low poo instead of cowash, because my hair gets too weighed down otherwise. Some days I use gel to style, others I leave it bare, and I almost always let my hair air dry.<br><br>Anyway, that's me. I'm hoping to learn a lot from everyone here, and maybe get my hair to bra strap length someday.
