10.104.0.154 is a PRIVATE address within your own network (modem-router-computer-printer-etc). It has no meaning on the public internet.

Shell, I saw it. Your's ends at the McLean data center others using their ISP-provided ip address seem to end at as well.

Very informative is to compare the trace starting from a bad ip address (your's) and a good one (by proxy to hide your's).
Doing so, it's clear that the next hop in the chain from fe0-pronethosting.cust.lax02.packetexchange.net [216.193.192.162] is LHC.

Another clue ... just now tried connecting to LHC via Tor to hide my AddreSS and found that LHC was being protected by Imunify360

Yeah and when I tracert the forum, it gets through my ISP/provider, then hangs on a particular server / IP address (mentioned above). SparrowWings had the same hang-up down the line.

The rest really has to be figured out higher up here, but they appear so unresponsive (or working hard behind the scenes). In any case, we're not in the loop.

We are working behind the scenes, yes, but we also have no new news to report. Again, we know more and more things that are not the cause...and we have a pretty solid idea what the problem is. The problem is not something I can fix, even as an admin. I can't access anything above the forum level and neither can Neko. We do not have access to the server or the ISP. This board is not self-hosted (again, this is a volunteer board with no site fees, that is more expensive, and also we would have less space for popular features like the albums). At this point all we can do every day is say that we have no glad tidings to magically report. I know this is not what anyone wants to hear, nor is it something I like having to say, but we've been pretty up front about this.

It's like if your power is out. You can't go fix the substation yourself and the electric company may or may not provide updates.

The site owner contacted the host who did some magic (ran a script to search the site's firewall for blocks and remove them) and if you still can't access the site normally let us know so we can pass that specific into on to the server host.
