The site is slow, veeery slow, so I reloaded, went back and forth a couple times, and *bam* suddenly a message that there was suspicious "activity" from my IP address, would I confirm please that I am not a robot. You know the little "game" with all the tiles. Had to play it 2 times, to be "let go".
What the hell!?

Was that Cloudflare? I have seen that on other sites.

The site was excruciatingly slow for me also, but the strange thing that happened to me was instead that I got my commenting ability restricted on Facebook for the time being and I have zero clue why!

No clue, Ed. I should read everything on the message the next time.
Ylva, that's so weird! Mind you, I'm not over the weirdness of this happening to me either. Never in my life, I mean it's a first for me and I have been here almost well 2 decades.
If it is Cloudflare, here is a thread from another site. https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...-it-4175719694

I was using adblock ultimate, for windows, so the whole kitten kaboodle program, not just the browser extension. Maybe that's it, because it anonymized greatly, I think. But it seems my trial period is up and I see no reason to buy it, as it did not do that much more, I noticed, IMHO. The browser extension is just fine.
Yes, the ad blocker blocking cookies may have triggered the check.
