Default New here! bleached hair ends - HELP

    Hello!
How are you all? Sorry for english, it's not my native languege. It's really nice to know that there are other people around the world supporting one another for one purpose - long hair.
it took me around 6 years to grow hair from pixie cut to a shoulder blade lenght. My goal is to grow it to waist long!

I try to use heat tools as minimum as it is posible and enjoy trying heatless hair styles. Also I tried creating natural shampoos, conditioniers
hair masks from coconut oil, essential oils ( most favorite right now is rose oil), aloe vera and other ingrediends. Love to know more about your
hair growth journeys and methods for faster hair growth.

I have bleached my hair with air touch technique at a hair salon 6 months ago. Although, I do oil masks before washing my hair, it is still dry and
dameged. what should I do? Do you have tips for dameged and bleached hair? Does biosilk helps?

Hey there! I have bleached hair that's currently about mid-back length.
Like you I also try to limit heat. I only wash my hair a couple times a week, and I always use a hair mask after shampooing. I have three that I rotate for hydration, moisture, and strengthening. I use Olaplex pre-shampoo, shampoo, and conditioner. The LOC and LCO (leave-in, oil, cream or leave-in, cream, oil) methods after showering have been really helpful for keeping my bleached hair soft, moisturized, and in good condition.

hello welcome!! when I had bleached hair, using hair masks with protein (strengthening) were very helpful with keeping my bleached hair from breaking. hair masks for moisture are also very good and will soften your ends. Having a leave-in conditioner or cream like angel-baby said are also helpful to making your hair moisturized and less frizzy! With creams, since you have fine/medium hair, go for a lightweight one so it doesn't bring down your hair.
