My friend needs assistance gaining entry to LHC

I vaguely recall that she might have had an account, but I can't seem to search by user.

She sent me a video of her clicking the register button uselessly, and while I sent her the lost password link, if I'm wrong and she doesn't have an account, she evidently can't make a new one.

Either way, I'm submitting a report.

It was determined to be a captcha issue! Had to use something totally different to even see it, and still had a bit of trouble actually doing the captcha, evidently not a particularly good one, but the issue was circumnavigated.
