Hello from sorta kinda APL (with curls)
Hi everyone! Curly/wavy hair checking in. I lurked here for a bit before I decided to say hello to y'all. The past 5 years or so I have been stuck at this almost arm pit length hair, and I am so done with it! I am ready to be kinder to my hair so it won't break off as much. This photo is from today, I am trying to stretch the time between washes by using a BBB before hitting the shower. Al right, i'm off to soak in more information from you lovely long-haired people!

Yes, it has been a hot minute since I was last here, LOL! It's crazy to think about all the life stuff that happened in the interim. I was surprised my account was still there to be honest (which reminds me, I probably should change my profile text. My hair was longer back then). I love that this community is still here with all its great advice and that there are still so many kind folks out there that share their journeys with one another.
