Settings -> Edit Profile -> under the gender it says "custom user title". If you can't see it (yet) you are only 2 posts after 1,000, maybe they need to manually bump you up to the next level? Unsure.

It shouldn't require anything manual, but sometimes the server takes a little while to update the permissions. If you still don't have the ability after a day, definitely let us know.

Update: yes, it was the server that needed to be updated.
