Hello!
Hello everyone!
Im Frida and I am new here.
I have always struggled with my fine nordic hair that just so dry, knotty and frizzy.
I seem to have gotten a bit of a grip on it when I started using sulphate, paraben and silicone free products. And now I am slowly realising that I probably cant put too much oil in my hair, it just drinks it up.
I'd love to know the favourite oils of people with similar hair to mine.
I have recently experienced hair loss on the top of my head, so much is starting to be noticeable. Not fun.
Im wondering if it is stress, new meds, the fact that I caught covid or... this is new... the fact that I wear big headphones for about 10 hours a day. Are they ripping or wearing on the hair?
Any one else experienced this problem whit headphones?

Re: Hello!
Howdy! We have quite a few Scandanavian members of the forum who might be able to give you advice about oils for a similar hair type. Have you perhaps tried wearing a hat or other head covering between your hair and your headphones? This is what I typically do and it seems to provide a bit of a "buffer." I realize that may not work depending on what type of headphones you have.

Re: Hello!
Welcome. I seem to have heard... somewhere, that grapeseed is a very "light" oil. Sweet almond isn't too bad either and is one of my favorites. Currently taking a break from oil rinses, myself, but used to love them!
