I'm going to need this thread when 2023 comes, saving up to pay off highschool fees and college so I can't be spending much of my money on hairtoys

I think I'll find this very rewarding. When I see the amount I didn't spend, I'm sure it'll be a proud day

I have a feeling I am going to be passing up a lot of stuff this year. I just cut back to BSL and err, need far less product. Stylers? About the same. Shampoo? About the same. Conditioner? Way less, and boy I have the stash of the Gods.

I feel a little free, TBH. I don't think I would have felt the same, just cutting back to hip. That I would have regretted. But I just traded in my 2-prong fork for a simple claw clip, and guys, my hair had thinned out from constant bunning (somehow). I mean I feel the difference in tightness now with the simple peacock twist I'm wearing... huge difference. So protective styles be damned! I am attributing it to bunning, could be peri-menopause too, but since the base seems as thick as ever/normal, I think something happened with my hair along the way.

I am happy with it, yes. I also cut a different layered style (ponytails to the side) and that's great. I mean if you guys are on my friends list (I think so), feel free to access my album (private album). I have a few front facing pics there! If not, just ask, I'll 9 out of 10 approve you!

I wonder, if we add a product here but we end up buying it later in the year, do we just cross it out? Or is it the thought at the time that counts?

Anyway, lemme start since I've already checked out some sales...:

Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler Blush Glow Frost [6,20€]
    Tangle Teezer Scalp Brush [4,36€]
    Collarbone (12.08.21) | Armpit (16.10.21) | Midback (14.10.22) | Waist (06.02.23) | Hip

I saw on other threads that you cut your hair back & I’m glad you like it so far! BSL is indeed still long to most IRL.

& Good idea for a thread, I have been keeping this in mind, But I have a similar question of my abilities to… follow through? I am so wishy-washy sometimes I think if I start to log items here I may annoy myself or others by returning only to admit I caved and bought the item I may try anyways!
