How many chops have you done since joining LHC?

I'd say maybe one? I'm not sure what counts as a chop. I got to classic and eventually cut back to waist. I then kept it around hip to TB for a while. I don't think I ever did a cut that big after that.

I haven't been here for long yet and my last actual chop was before joining but I've been reading on here occasionally back then. After joining I did do a bigger cut when I noticed that my hair got too hard to comb, but that were just few cm, not much so I don't know if that counts. I went from a little over SL back to SL but it was needed. Since then I did one small trim.

None, only small trims to maintain here and there. I always wanted to keep growing

I'm glad you gave examples! For me a 'chop'/cutting back is something like 4-6", which I've done intentionally once (from calf to knee+) and possibly once - not sure how many inches it was, might have been under 4 but it felt like a chop - because I had no choice (ankle to calf, Knot of Doom). If I ever get to floor my intention is to then cut back again at some point to calf.

I've only been a member for less than a year, but haven't done any chops. 0. Sticking to micro trims so I can keep growing.

I've been here for seven years at this point, and one, two months ago.

I was trimming off mile markers all the way up from FTL in late 2020 when I had a big shed after losing weight too quickly, and took the final plunge two months ago and let a hairdresser take me from WL to APL to where I had grown my thickness back.
I do love my new cut but... I really do miss the FTL length (pre-shed when it was full), but I'm trying really hard to not dwell on it too much

With the caveat of that being big chops as opposed to trims - zero. LHC has been great for keeping me on the straight and narrow growing out for the past few years, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to say the same without the tips on this forum.
