You need the [IMG][/IMG] for pictures. Your other pictures have code for links instead of pictures.

There is currently a problem with uploading any pictures directly onto the site. We're trying to solve it.

Doesn't bother me, since I rarely put a profile picture in (and hardly ever change my avatar), so take your time (though it can suck for other members that like to do this). If it hasn't been fixed by the time you get 25+ posts, feel free to post a picture in the blogs section (which is probably a feature I'll never use, other than to post the occasional comment, since there's nothing to post there that I can't post in the appropriate thread).
