Default Best products to encourage hair growth

Had my long hair cut due to wanting to cut all the henna out of my hair and start again. What are the best products for low porosity wavy/ curly hair growth? Always trying to enhance my natural curls. Thank you so much xx

I think the best thing for hair growth is a healthy diet and avoiding damaging your hair. Secondary to this, I know some people take biotin, and I have just started to mix a bit of rosemary and carrot seed oils into my castor oil when I do a warm oil treatment, I'll see how it goes. You could also try the inversion method

I upped my protein. I add a scoop of whey protein to my morning oatmeal! It's incredible.

Nothing I ever did (MSM for instance) ever increased what I was given naturally: a growth rate of half an inch a month. You just have to act accordingly and learn to be very very patient. That's all. IMHO.

I also use product after my wash to enhance my wavy texture. I use the LOC method (more info is in my signature). It's kind of tough to type it all up, but more info *is* there!
WCC method (washing) --- Rinse-out oil (MO) --- LOC/LCO method (styling)

What does MSM stand for? Sorry, new here - still learning all the acronyms!

The acronym is almost *always* used, never the entire word but it stands for methylsulfonylmethane.

It is a substance used for joint issues, but it can promote growth, in some I guess, because it did not work for me, and I was taking it for joint issues.
