I found LHC in about 2010 with hair around APL, I had fantastic success in growing my hair long and healthy. When I went to study I decided I didn't have time for hair care anymore (2014) and stopped lurking these forums. At this point my hair was nearly hip and in great health. I took up blow-frying, straightening and eventually home bleached my dark-brown hair!
After a few years I realised I was tired of my damaged hair and remembered the joy I had when I took care of my hair. I had extremely damaged shoulder length hair at this point. It was always in the back of my mind to grow healthy long hair again but I didn't succeed because of neglect, mistreatment, and dull scissors.
Cue the pandemic, everything stopped and I finally had the mental clarity to make it a tangible goal to revive my hair. So I started lurking again from 2020 til 2022 (with many hair experiments to get back into the LHC vibe .
I found my password again for an old account so here I am, very happy to be back and happy to actually introduce myself this time
