How often do you use this for hair growth ? What do you mix it with ?

This is one of the most loved and used of the Aruvedic(sp?) Herbs. Put it in a mix to maintain curl pattern, tone down too orange henna, and encourage growth, among other things.
Use it alone, mixed with Distilled hot water, to get a good idea of exactly what it does for YOUR hair.
I'm definitely into these herbs/ mud packs for my hair. After many years use, I feel it's done WONDERS for me!
Experiment to your heart's content, knowing these potions MAY contain your Holy Grail(of hair care), and at the least, won't HARM your hair in any way. .

HENNA Is RED and PERMANENT!
