    Okay, so you press "add files", then "upload". Is this where it stops working?

    What browser are you on?

    No. After I press “upload” I get a message that my photos are “pending” and then the next time I log on, they’re gone. I tried with GoogleChrome and Microsoft Edge. I tried from my computer and from my ipad. I just uploaded a photo directly from my ipad to my signature and it worked, but I still can’t add photos to my album.
    Starting over, again.

    After you've pressed upload. If you press "Done" on that window. You can't see the pictures in the other window and chose to add them to an album?

    Yep, I get that in my profile / settings as well, you have to press an extra "save" or "done" on a lot of stuff!
    WCC method (washing) --- Rinse-out oil (MO) --- LOC/LCO method (styling)
