    No trims for all of 2022
    Have fun with Fashion colors and enjoy my hair more
    DON'T OVER BLEACH
    Only bleach roots a max of 2 time every 8 weeks
    Leave buzzed parts of hair virgin
    Keep taking photos everyday for my 666 day time lapse video
    Embrace all stages of awkward mullet
    Try not to get upset if my hair ends up being more textured than a 1c
    Making a wishful thinking length of shoulder by end of 2022 ( I'll be happy with chin+)
    Join use it up 2022 it's quite fun to see what I use up each year
    Focus on the future goals and not the present/instant gratification as in if it looks bad/ don't like natural color, it's only until apl so I can be typed then I can dye it all again

    I'll add more when I think of them.

    I would like for my hair to get to knee length, only if my terminal length will allow it!

    No trims.
    Settle into a routine of benign neglect.
    Reach BSL.
    Grow grow grow, where it stops no body knows.

    Get to waist length. Solid waist length.
    Learn a new bun.
    Get a dedicated hair stick already! I've been using chopsticks and paint brushes.

    My goals would be to reach or become close to WL, not trimming until at least June 30th 2022, learning new hairstyles, training my scalp to tolerate updos for an entire day, being more patient when detangling, and figuring out the right balance between moisture and protein

    1. Length-wise, I don't think I actually have any goal. Well, mid-thigh, kind of - but if I'm not there by the end of the year, I don't mind! Let's just say my goal is to keep growing out my natural hair and to abstain from any bleaching and colouring.

    2. Continue to lead a very healthy life: nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management.

    3. Keep tracking my product usage through the use-it-up challenge and keep working through my stash. I should keep product purchases at a reasonable (see how I decided on a word that allows for colourful interpretation...?) level.

    4. Complete the first no-trimming challenge, then more or less maintain for the rest of the year, or alternatively, do a bigger trim at the end of the year, but that doesn't seem to work quite as well for me. I always end up trimming less that way.

    5. Take seasonal length shots.

    6. Improve my braiding skills???

    7. Accumulate as much photobleaching as possible.

    My goals for this year are quite simple. Since I've hit APL, I've started to like my hair a lot. It's the first time in my adult life that I have virgin, healthy hair, so I enjoy this stage . The only thing that I don't like (as much) is my layers - the problem is that I've cut them a bit too short. It's not bad, just not my preference. So I'd rather maintain for a while the length, so the layers can catch up.

    • complete the first half of the No Trimming Challenge (that means I won't trim for 200 days, as my last trim was on the 12th of December 2021);
    • use up my products – and that means a strict no buy (unless I finish up a product and don’t have an alternative, of course);
    • don’t use heated rollers more than twice a month;
    • use my blow-dryer on cool/medium only.

    Get to waist length. No trims if possible. Deep condition when I know my hair needs it.

    Figure out what my hair likes in this new climate
    Learn at least one new style
    A couple of additional inches of length would be awesome, and the higher humidity here might allow it, but it's not super likely
