While sometimes our hair may not all we want it to be and its easy to focus on what we want but don't have.
Noticing the positives can make such a huge difference for mental health and self acceptance. Positive psychology practices like this can have a huge impact over the long term. Also, positive mood impacts us physically... so likely has some affect on hair growth!

1. I just washed it so its extra wavy.
2. My scalp feels fresh and happy.
3. I'm wearing it down and I think it looks nice.
