Default How to use this headband?

I bought this headband off a sale shelf a couple years ago and didn't realize it was like this. Any idea how its supposed to be used?

I'm not sure if it's a headband, or if it's supposed to wrap around a ponytail in a scarf-like manner. If it's a headband, I think you'd have to use it with a *low* ponytail or bun... fabric part across your head, then scrunchies around ponytail or bun. (Either way, I feel like two scrunchies around one ponytail or bun is a lot! Or maybe you could do two?)
Putting it in my signature because I have to say it so often:

I wish I could remember what it was called, it had a name I've not heard before. It probably is made to use with a pony tail.

I'll most likely cut the scrunchie ends off and sew it together so I can use it as a headband.

Sorry but I just couldn't help but picture the holes being used to hook around the ears LOL That was my first thought, but no. I would have no idea how to use it, that just happened to be the first thing that came into my head when I seen the pic lol

How funny! I don’t know how it is meant to be used. I would probably try to use it to protect my braid tassel? Use one scrunchie, fold the fabric over the tassel, and then use the second scrunchie?

It looks like my curtain ties for my floor length curtains. The loops go on a hook in the wall to hold curtain away from window.

It does, now that you mention it!
