What is your own detangler spray recipe for fine hair?

I’m looking for homemade detangler recipes for fine hair, as I am going to the no chemical all herbal hair care route from now on.

Have a look at flaxseed. Or aloe vera with some oil.

I just use water with a few drops of rose oil and spritz my hair with it before detangling.

Flax seed goop (same steps for making gel but thinner consistency), I love it! I've also heard great things about marshmallow root, which is in a great commercial product: Kinky Curly Knot Today, but haven't experimented with just marshmallow root yet.
