A friend of mine has a decent beard and he swears by oiling it. I don’t think it matters with what as long as it gets moisturised then oiled.

you know what it is @Feral_ these days theres so many beard products out there, it kinda gets confusing especially because some of it is just clever marketing imo

Welcome! Best of luck with your beard. I can't speak to beard-specific threads, but maybe you could search or start one? CJK comes to mind as a male member who is growing out both hair and his beard (I believe).
