Each time I put it on the front, there doesn't seem much if a difference so I was thinking if my hair was actually growing or not .

Mine only grows about 4-5 inches per year so take it from someone who truly has slow growing hair, your growth rate is great!

Thank you. I'm working on getting it silky but I think my ends seem very dry

That amount of growth like you are stating (20 inches) a year is not humanly possible. It just isn't. Chances are probably a hiccup in measurement. Hair only grows 6 inches average, that means maybe 4 for some or 8 for others. 20 is... just no!

If you measure the LHC way, it will be very accurate. So tape measure on the top of the forehead (where the hair starts), thrown over the back and then you measure where the hemline sits. This is so you have the same point of reference *each time* and it makes it very easy to keep track of it all.

It looks great & you did well!
WCC method (washing) --- Rinse-out oil (MO) --- LOC/LCO method (styling)

I think she meant she grew about 9 inches. But that's still a huge amount of growth!

    Hey 🙂

I mean my hair was between 10 to 11 inches when I cut my hair and now it seems between 19-20 inches. 20 inches is not possible to grow at all.

BTW do have any tips to keep the ends moisturized and healthy looking because in my pictures my ends seem a bit dry ???

Yes that's what I meant. 20 inches a year is impossible

I recommend looking into both double conditioning (you could only double condition the very ends and the rest only once) and the LOC/LCO method. The links to both are in lapushka's signature!

I did measure my hair growth. Last year it was around 10-11 inches when I cut it all off. Now its almost 20 inches.
That is massive growth! Good job!
Any tips and secrets for us slow-growers?
