What is the longest you've gone without washing your hair?

Probably no more than 7 days. If I go any longer I get such bad scalp eczema and dandruff from all the sweat and buildup

I was NW/SO for around 8 or 9 months when I first joined. I just stopped putting in the effort to keep it looking okay and that was that.

About 3 weeks, I have curly hair so it really doesnt get too greasy i usually wash it once a week and that's CO.

I've gone longer than a week due to being on camping trips. I actually just went a week without washing my hair but that was a mistake - my scalp wasn't too happy!

I usually wash twice a week.

I only shampoo once a week but I CO once or twice and WO at least once during the week. One time I went the whole week with no in-between rinses and I was miserable with an itchy, oily scalp. My max now with no water on my scalp is about 4 days.

Three days. I don’t care to do that. 2 days is ok, for me. It depends on what you eat, whether you smoke, are you excessively oily.
Your hair will trap the smells you’ve been around. Smoking, restaurants, strong foods you’ve eaten and it comes out of your pores. Dust will collect. Dandruff, if you’re prone to flaky skin.
Some recommend not washing your hair every day. But, it you’re going on an interview, a first date, or out with a group, don’t be that one who everyone else will be talking about, except you, won’t know.

That is not the regime I would adhere to now though. I was living a rather nomadic life at that time.

Not more than a week, and that was not intentional. I usually wash every day and my hair becomes a stringy mess if not washed for 2 days.

I've gone for 10 days probably would've gone longer if I hadn't been massaging my scalp with argan oil nightly.
