Who is growing and who is maintaining?

I grew to fingertip length and then cut back to classic, have been maintaining around classic (maybe a couple inches longer now?) for about a year... But I think now it is time to start growing again

My ends are nice after maintaining for so long. I want to grow back to fingertip length which I am not far from.

Once I was at fingertip, even though my original goal was knee, I started thinking I wouldn't want it any longer management wise. And getting in the way wise. But I am kind of floundering now and may keep growing when I get there... we'll see..

I'm growing, growing, growing!!! I've been a t WL for a year now, and it's time to see a new length! I really want my goal to be mid thigh length. But I know that's going to take at least another 3 years to get there with my hair growth rate.

I’m kind of grow-taining. Haha! A solid HL is my goal, and I’m pretty much there, but I want my ends to be healthier/more even.

Growing until January 1, since I’m in a no-trim challenge. After that, I’d like to maintain at classic to thicken up the ends. At the moment I’m at classic wet, TBL dry. So I’ll switch to maintaining once I hit classic dry, whether than be January 1 or a little later.

Growing. Last time I got a haircut was 6/19/14. My hair is super fine and thin and I need length to create the look of any hair when I bun it.

I was doing 6 months no trims but recently cut a bit off now I just want to cut the rest of the damage off then let it do it's thing and trim when it needs it

Growing, with the exception of one haircut next year to hopefully get it all to an even bob length. I basically have a good couple of months to enjoy my pixie before I really start the process of growing it all out.
