Dr George Michael secrets of beautiful hair

Dear all,
I have recently started my hair growth journey, I have waist length (layered and coloured) and wanting a Classic length. I also have the Dr George Michael book from 1981 which I have just started to read and I have found a stylist in England who uses Dr GM techniques. I was wondering if anyone else follows, followed or knows about the the Dr GM theory?

Welcome! I haven't heard of Dr. George Michael, but thankfully benign neglect + treating hair gently has done well for me.
