Posting photos from a phone

Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked but how do I post pictures from a phone? I've not posted a picture here before and am pretty dreadful with technology in general! Thanks

I'm not sure how easy it is. I've never posted a picture from a phone on here. I usually upload my photos to Imgur and then use BBC code here. I'm not sure if that's easily done on a phone.

This is what I used to do before I started using albums on here. (I think LHC albums are a permissions thing and you have to have a certain post count to do that.) Uploading to imgur and pasting the link is a pain in the butt on a phone. Maybe slightly easier if you have a blog or Google photos or public instagram or something you can link to.
I only just recently got a computer but I'm still on my phone 95% of the time.
