Can I say something? In all my time here, I have watched and learned, and I know how important it is to take things milestone per milestone, especially if you still dye or do other things to your hair (such as bangs, a sideshave). Things can change... so fast! You have no idea.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll get there, an inch at a time. Happy growing to you!

I get that. Believe me I wanted to rush in so badly too. But patience is often so hard, that we start to do all sorts of things to our hair, and then something goes wrong and... well there you are starting over. That doesn't have to happen to you. I'm just talking about *me*, myself, when I dyed and did all sorts of fun stuff to my hair.

I totally understand what you are saying, I've done the terrible "black to silver" in 2018 then the split dye til it snapped many times, I'm going to give it a good go growing dye out, I managed to get 4 months, now to try 6 months + and thank you I'll enjoy it for sure!

thank you! it sure got thicker/healthier it was so thin looking in April

As your hair gets longer you will probably have people calling you "Rapunzel" anyway, I have been called that by a mother and her little girl. Maybe it helped that I was standing at the foot of a medieval tower at the time
