I usually wash every 4 days (CO) but during the summer I wash my hair almost every day.. It's just too hot where I live and I also go swimming often so it's inevitable.

I normally wash my hair every 5 days, and now I'm finding myself washing it every 3-4 days because it's hot, I'm active and I walk outside a lot, and my head just gets sweaty.
I tried rinsing with water only, and somehow that just make my hair look even worse.

I live in the deep south (hot and humid) and also a runner so I have to do a WO or CO between my weekly wash to keep it from smelling or being overly greasy.

Once or twice a week, just depends on what my hair and scalp ask for. I am not particularly active though so I don't get sweaty too often. I also think the sun has been drying out my hair so now I need to be more adamant about scarves and hats.

It's oily and when its hot my head sweats and hair is all wet ...soon it starts itching..Now that its been awhile with this every day wash, I have to say I noticed a lot more hair shed and fallout on a daily basis..Maybe it's in the range of 100 -200 a day , so called normal range, but have you guys noticed women with thick hair generally don't shed 100 per day, I would say around 10 or less? I've seen this in others and also based on my own experience when I was a 'iii' ..When I washed it was like 5 hairs out..and that's it..On the brush also 5 daily ( I used to wash weekly back then)...This makes me feel cheated in a sense that I don't think 100 hair per day is normal, and I think it asks for a doctor visit asap...I lost my volume , and I am counting daily hair fall, going between 60 and 200,depending on washing..

Usually I wash three (3) times a week, in winter it's once or twice a week
I exercise 5 times a week and I wash my hair every day because I am dripping wet by the time I finish the workout. If I don't wash it daily my scalp gets itchy and I can't stand the feeling. After shampooing I use a hydrating conditioner so I don't have problems detangling and the ends don't dry out.
