    Sorry!
It's perfectly fine! It's a very slight difference but big enough as far as being hair-safe goes that I want to get the real french clips for my project.

If you look at the first few links in Crystawni's post you'll see the real things the middle part is attached and therefore doesn't rip out any hair, whereas with the usual (not real French) clips, you take your hair's life in your hands
Growing back to calf with hopefully some semblance of a hemline.
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

At the beginning of the year I had planned to make 26 hair sticks from foraged wood of 26 different species of trees native to my state. However, since doing a little trim I have been having trouble with stick. So, I thought I would crave a few into barrettes while I get over the awkward length I'm at right now.

Hey I came across this wholesale site: https://www.rings-things.com/Product...ytail-Holders/

Looks like you can only order like a dozen at a time, but they seem actually pretty cheap.

Maybe it will work for you?

Oh Cool! That's perfect! I have a number of projects I'd like to do in addition to the 26 hair toys from different woods. Buying in bulk is a fantastic idea! Plus they have the largest size!

    Thank you so much!

Canít wait to see your projects coming to life. I love the idea of honoring your state like that

I'll try to post what I made at the end of the year.

Part of the reason I decided that it might be a fun idea for me is that I have decided to switch routes with my schooling and get a degree in Grassland ecology. I thought that since I'll be working in the state that it would be good to develop a hobby that helps me appreciate our natural spaces and identify our native trees.

Since I have discovered fairly recently that I enjoy carving it seemed like the perfect thing to get me outside and IDing thing more often.
