Please understand our Terms of Service state that a user may only have one account, so if you feel you may want to return in a week, month, or year, it may be best to let your account remain active but unused until you return. We have noticed a large portion of those who have closed their accounts ask or attempt to return at a later date.

If you are certain you would not want to return at a later date and would still like to have the account deleted, we will process that for you.

I think they do. Plus, I'm sure that any mod could direct you in the right direction or to the right mod.

Question - I don't know much about this, but if there's a EU law saying a forum needs to have a way to delete all posts, why is LHC not required to have it? Or are they, but they're currently "breaking the law"? Does it have to do with where in the world the server is situated (assuming it's the US)?

I mean I totally see why LHC does not have a delete-all-posts button but it seems to me that OP was referring to the regulation, not whether having a delete-all-posts button is a good thing or not?

    I'm confused, but intrigued lol
