Usually women with PCOS or high testosterone will experience more body hair and less head hair unless your genes make your head hair thick to begin with.
Yeah, your right. I don't have PCOS but I do have a different sort of thing that makes my hormones wonky. Specifically I have to much prolactin as well as slightly elevated levels of most other sex hormones.

The hair thickness is most likely just genetic.

This whole poll was mere curiosity.

I have iv hair (jk, no idea what it is, but there's a lot of it). I have some nice peach fuzz, but no stache or brow, though I do get the occasional coarse, long hair that just happens to spring up on my chin. Those require tweezing.

Eta: oh, I do get hairs on the corner of my mouth but they are thin enough to not be super noticeable. I've only waxed them twice, I otherwise forget they're there.

Now other body hair...... after the winter I have to get out a chainsaw to get through the bushes.

I'm ii/iii (I'm basically right at a four inch ponytail) and I'd say I have a normal amount of facial hair. No unibrow or mustach or anything.
But I also have fine hair that isn't super dark, so any hair I do have is less noticable.

I have thick hair and pcos. So I’ve got very thick facial hair as well: unibrow, mustache, beard. I shave my neck and jaw every day :-/

I'm iii and have an average amount of facial hair. My facial hair is of the peach fuzz variety and the rest of my body hair is maybe a shade lighter. I don't need to shave my legs often.

Unfortunately not! I have fine, thin/normal density hair, and a ton of fuzz on my face and body. And I'm young so it only gets better from here lol.

I feel your pain! Sometimes it's just easier to shave it! I've made the occasional mistake of waxing or epilating my facial hair and I without fail breakout like crazy afterward. Electrolysis/laser hair removal are options if you have the money/commitment. For now I just deal with being a little furry, and pluck any dark/thick hairs.

What kind of wax do you use? I don't have a full blown thing going on... more a couple of thick black hair on my chin, some dark hairs on the sides of my upper lip and a some unibrow action. I had always had issues with breakouts but started using a stripless wax from sally hansen. It works well without the breakout but of course YMMV.
