Newish Here. Is there a Discord or IRC?

Hi! I'm relatively new here — as in, I have recently (this year) started caring better about my hair (and skin, but that's a different topic). I'm 29F, with moderately curly hair (naturally wavy) and have recently been using henna and other natural herbal haircare thanks to this forum. My hair has never grown past my shoulders before I was 27. (I always had haircuts every few months, thereby keeping it shoulder length, which I hated an told them to keep the length.) I have alllllways dreamed since 6 years old of growing my hair to my butt. I am 5'½" if that matters. So, it's tough, because of my height!

I have some pics of my own hair recently ..... The ponytail version is very embarrassing .....




I wonder if there's a chat room available, like a Discord channel or IRC channel. (Internet Relay Chat.) It would help to have some real-time talk sometimes, even if it's just to whine, or talk about the weather, or anything and everything.

.... Also, I've always liked mullets, and like to keep the top of my hair shorter. Am I weird for that?

Welcome! I'm 5'6" and just grew to my butt for the first time in my life (recently hit classic). I had hair that kept getting cut back to somewhere on my upper back every time I got a "trim" and I thought I couldn't ever grow to my waist or past it. I did it though, I'm sure you can also!

I see nothing to be embarrassed about in your pictures

Oh, and I never saw what everyone dislikes about mullets, myself .
