I have used it twice (including this time). I'm dyeing over virgin hair that's naturally dark brown, and last time within a few washes it had faded back to my normal color. I didn't notice any green tinge.
Do I remember right that you dyed over henna treated hair, or was that someone else? I remember hearing that henna does some WEIRD stuff with traditional dyes and bleaches.
Here's my progress, including 3mm micro trim.
