I'd like to participate. I don't like themes.

The last swap I hosted was last years winter swap, where the rules was 4 or 5 gifts each (I don't remember exactly) and I think I'll do something similar now
If that's the case I would likely participate.

I think theme-less would be best.

I may be interested. I'll have to double check finances, but I think I'd like to join. They're always so much fun!

I had to miss the summer swap due to being broker than I usually am, so I'd love to participate. I do enjoy the loose themes, like the hygge one you did was really nice, and I don't think anyone felt too restricted, since everything was super flexible.

What about a winter traditions thing? Like, not every gift has to relate, but one box item could relate to some sort of family/cultural/personal or holiday winter tradition you have? It wouldn't have to be the whole box, but it might be a fun look into people's holiday/seasonal things. Even if it's "every year I hate December, so here's something from June". I don't know. I know themes can be restrictive, but I do like things that teach me about my swap buddy.

ETA: I know it's not winter for everyone, I was just starting to use an overabundance of slashes in my post. But hopefully the idea still came across <<

Waist-length, and (grudgingly) rocking the fairytale ends. Hoping for hip by the end of 2019 with at least a semi-decent hemline. Ultimate goal of TBL...or longer.

I am interested! I sort of dropped off the boards when I was dealing with some family stuff, but this December/January is going to be a tough anniversary for me, so I think something like this would be good to do. I find a theme helpful for guidance, but am happy without as well. The last swap I did had an upper limit on the number of items, which I thought worked well!

I love Katia-ks idea. I like receiving things that are unique to a area/culture/religion/etc other than my own, even if it's something not on my like list. I love learning about and experiencing things outside my norm.

I participated in my first swap last winter with the "hygge" theme. It was a lot of fun and I'd like to do it again too. No theme/loose theme would work for me too.
