Hi! I don't have a scale so I'm not sure of their exact weight. I can balance one on my finger without them falling off on the topper end, which I guess is some kind of indicator . When I put them in a bun, they do feel secure as long as I insert them on an angle with topper up. They are pretty slippery which makes them hair friendly and easy to insert, but they might be best in a bun that has some other structural support for long term wear (pins, etc.)

I haven't worn them before for longer than a few minutes, so this is mostly speculation
