Possibly Mid-Thigh by the end of year? We will see.
My goals for 2020:
* Stick to a consistent routine for the rest of the year.
- Wash & Condition hair
- Braid it up
- Use wigs as protective style
- Get trims every 3-4 months or as needed.
Possibly Mid-Thigh by the end of year? We will see.

I was the only one who wasn’t King Fu Fighting.
I used a homemade hair mask to get my hair really silky, it's fairly simple too. 2 tbs honey, 4 tbs vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 tbs cinnamon. If you try it let me know how it goes
- Haven't been doing my routine as well as I could have, next trim is a bit late also and I don't know if I'll even be able to see my hairdresser anytime soon
- Reached BSL!
- My scalp could be worse, missing my scalp lotion a lot
- Still undecided
- Not obsessing, yay
- Not touching too much, double yay
Recently I decided that I'm not going to keep sun away from my hair as much as I did last summer. I was hoping to see my hair grow more shiny but nah, I'll take the sun bleached matte hair this year.
I have been losing weight somewhat quickly for some time now because of reasons so I need to fix that. I worry I'll start shedding and stalling and the quality of new hair won't be good. Need to manage that soon.
I'm glad I didn't even pretend I was going to try learning new updo's this year lol, still can't do a thing with my hair.
Hopefully grow to mid back and not give in to wanting my hair colored at the salon. Sometimes a subtle balayage calls to me but I prefer virgin hair:
I’m hoping to reach tailbone length dry and curly. It’s almost there while wet and straightened out.
Eventually I’d like to chop the last 6 inches of henna left in my hair but gradually. Then I’m going to colour the ends and put a streak in my bangs/fringe. Probably pink or violet. My avatar pic is about 2 years old so I should get a new photo.

1: I missed out on the no trim challenge first term but I want to do the second term/ 6 month challenge so no cuts after July
2: My hair was split hair half black half blond, blond snapped off now I want to get it all one length
3: I considered growing my hair out all virgin but I don't like my natural color, so undecided maybe I'll grow the short side virgin
4: use up all my hair products since my hair doesn't like what I have but don't want to just throw them out so i'll probably join the use it up challenge
5: learn better hair care, somehow
some things i want to do

Bleach Blond and loving it!
Currently Buzz/Pixie
My shortest layers are currently about halfway down my ears and I'm optimistic I can reach shoulder length by the end of the year, based on how it's been exploding out of my head the last few months. My goals between now and then are to only trim the very bottom hemline just to avoid either mullet hair or weird uneven bits sticking out, and to continue avoiding sulfates and silicones. I've also found that during months where I remember to do the inversion method, I seem to get a bit of extra growth and sometimes some new baby hairs that make my roots feel thicker (I had some health related hair loss last year), so I would love to be able to remember to do it the first week of every month, or at least every other month. I've done it every day since April 1 with today being the last day for this month so April is a success! I'm hoping that if this year's progress is good and it's all an even length by the end of the year that I can avoid trims in 2021. I'm so ready to be done with the crazy layers and never get another pixie cut again lol!
I would like to reach BSL by the end of the year.
Growing hair back healthily after bad bleach damage & snapping.
