Photo uploads seem to be working! I think I was able to upload my progress pic just now.

No. I've been scouring the vBulletin forums looking for anything, but the error is so vague. Also, I can't find anything in the admin panel that hints at a problem. I think we just need to wait for Stephanie to have time to look with her greater permissions and knowledge.
