    Default Love Beauty and Planet

    In my search for new products I came across this line via Instagram and Facebook.
    It looks very interesting. It is brand new in The Netherlands, but I think it was available in other countries earlier.

    This is the official site: https://www.lovebeautyandplanet.com.sg/

    These are their hairproduct lines:

    * muru muru butter & rose - shampoo, conditioner, hairmask
    * coconut water & mimosa flower - shampoo, conditioner, hairmask
    * shea butter & sandalwood - shampoo, conditioner, cleansing conditioner
    * rosemary & vetiver - shampoo, conditioner
    * coconut oil & ylang-ylang - shampoo, conditioner
    * argan oil & lavender shampoo, conditioner
    * tea tree oil & vetiver shampoo, conditioner

    And there are two dry shampoos:
    * organic green tea
    * citrus & camelia

    But they also include showergels, bodyscrubs, toothpaste etc.

    Has anyone tried these yet?

    I hated the conditioners. They are made to preserve water so they kind of just evaporate off the hair if that makes sense. I need heavy duty conditioning and otherwise it had good reviews, so that might just be me.

    I have the rose oil and the ylang ylang oil. They have light cones and the ylang ylang has mineral oil in the first ingredient just as a note. I still like them both but mostly because they smell good

    Oh they DO have cones? Hmmmm, false claim then of it being silicone free?
    I wish more hairproducts had small sample size packagings too, to try out.

    A few months ago I used the Tea Tree and Vetiver shampoo and also the shower gel from the same line. Delicious scent! They do contain sulfates though, if that is an issue for you. I did like the shampoo for getting out the heavy styling products I was using at the time but it's pretty harsh for regular use

    I have not used their shampoo or conditioner, but I have the rose/murumuru hair oil, body wash, and deep conditioner, as well as the lavender leave-in conditioner. I haven't used the deep conditioner yet. The rose hair oil I like, though I have to be sure to only use a really small amount or it can make my hair oily. I do like the smell of rose! The lavender leave-in works really well on my hair - again, I only need to use a really small amount for it to work how I like, otherwise it can weigh my hair down. Also, the smell is a little more strong than I like.

    Looking at the ingredients of the products I have, none of them have silicones (otherwise I would not have bought them), but I'm in the US and not sure if that makes a difference or not.

    I think their line is great, though once I go through these I don't know if I'll buy again. That'll take forever though considering how little I need to use! For hair oil using plain argan oil seems to be just as good for me and I'd prefer simpler ingredients. The leave-in I would consider getting again if I can't find another one that's better in the meantime. Of course, my opinion on the deep conditioner is still TBD, I'll eventually use it one of these days...

    Ooooh leave-ins!!
    They don't have the leave-ins in this country yet!
    I would be most interested in those

    Sulfates are not a problem for my hair

    Sorry correction, no cones, I mistook an ingredient. Sorry!

    The only leave in I saw was the lavender one, which I passed up due to petrolatum. I was hoping for more as I love the scents.

    Yep, the leave-in I might be curious about. The rest of it doesn't really appeal to me (too costly for my budget).

    Yeah, I'm happy with the lavender leave-in. There's also a coconut milk / white jasmine leave-in that I want to try too. But not until I finish more of the I have, and unfortunately that's going to take awhile.
