I can't answer this poll because the opposite is true for me. I can stretch longer between washes when I use my gentle products, but when I clarify my hair gets greasier faster.

I can’t answer this poll either. I had to look up what clarifying was! Never done it and I don’t use shampoo

I prefer to use a gentler product, co or Sulfate free shampoo and wash more often. If I’m not going to be home for a few weeks, I’ll use a Clarify shampoo so I don’t have to wash while I’m away.

Years ago I used o clarify at every wash and washing just once a week. Last year I changed to twice a week with gentler products and my scalp seems happier. Now I clarify when I fell my hair need it, but with that I cannot go for a whole week now, just a day more than usual.

I'm lazy and my hair takes *forever* to dry so anything to give me more time between washes. Still try to keep the harsher stuff to a minimum.

Me too, but I do water only rinse and acv rinse in between, I don’t use styling products at all.

I'd clarify my hair each wash and go longer between washes...because that's essentially what I already do
