I'm overweight
I'm a bit overweight
I have 'normal' body weight, more towards overweight
I have the ideal body weight
I have 'normal' body weight, more towards underweight
I'm a bit underweight
I'm underweight
I have gained 9 kilos of weight in the last 12 months or so and I have noticed that my hair is thicker and sheds less, compared to before. What I have also noticed is, that many people who have a bit more kilos have thicker hair compared to the skinny ones. I have found the braid that was cut off by a hairdresser when I cut it short from waist to chin in 2014 and it's thinner than my braid now. I was 10 kilos lighter back then than today.
How about you?

I'm 1,65 cm and I weight 60-62 kg. I think it's an ideal weight, taking into account that I'm kinda fit because of swimming and muscle weights more than fat

I'm 1.70m and weigh around 60-63kg, a 10-count difference used to be the "ideal" before BMI was introduced. At least that's what our internist always told us. I used to be a very low weight as a child (but I would never sit still / I was healthy though).
I'm 5'3" (160 cm) and 108 lbs (49 kilos). Pretty average... I selected the wrong category though, darn tiny phone screen.![]()

I definitely weigh more now than I did pre-kids, and my hair is thicker.
I'm trying to lose weight but not trying to lose any hair...
