Hi there friends, how are you doing?

Having a look and a measure, I have around 3 inches to go (on dry hair) to get me to tbl. So might have to re-aim for TBL by spring equinox 2021. But we’ll see how it goes!

I’m also having a huge shed now so will have to see how my ends hold out. I think it’s seasonal shedding but it’s getting heavier and heavier, now a big palmful (of rollled sheds) once a day. So while I’m quite calm about it, I’m starting to wonder.

Ahhhhh, I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through a huge shed. I go through a lot of shedding at times too. But not to worry. It might be just seasonal shedding you are going through. I'm sure once the fall season has passed the shedding will slow down. Sometimes I'll see in the shower a big clump of hairs coming out. I remember one time I didn't wash my hair for a whole week or 7 days, and I shedded a huge clump of hair! I've noticed that happens when I wash my hair less frequently. So, that's why I wash it 3 times a week. Or, everyday if I have to. I know that we are suppose to lose up to from 50-100 hairs a day though.
