My hair is curly type 3a, but I’ve been straightening it since middle school so I almost never see my real texture. After joining LHC i’ve started doing heat free straightening to try to protect my hair. I don’t think curly looks bad on me, but I prefer straight, since it’s what i’m used to seeing and I find it easier to manage.
