    I like smooth waves like Empress Sissi. That’s one of the main advantages of braiding to me.

    My hair is curly type 3a, but I’ve been straightening it since middle school so I almost never see my real texture. After joining LHC i’ve started doing heat free straightening to try to protect my hair. I don’t think curly looks bad on me, but I prefer straight, since it’s what i’m used to seeing and I find it easier to manage.
